4. Locate the Cancellation Option:  Look for an option to cancel or manage the subscription. This option is typically labeled as "Cancel Subscription" or something similar.

3. Check Subscription Status:  You should check the subscription status to confirm that it has been canceled.

4. Renew Subscription:  Look for an option to renew the subscription or reactivate the membership. This option may be labeled as "Renew Subscription" or something similar.

5. Follow Renewal Process:  You will be guided through the renewal process, which may include confirming the renewal, updating payment information if necessary, and any additional steps required.

6. Confirm Renewal:  After completing the renewal process, you should receive confirmation that their subscription or membership has been successfully renewed.
