REFUND POLICIES

Refund Policy for Coaching Programs

Single Session: All sales final, there are no refunds on these one-off sessions.  Any unused minutes will not be rolled over to any other coaching sessions.

1-Month Coaching: You have two weeks (14 days) to request a full refund. No questions asked. It will be done.  

90—Day Coaching: In the first month, you have one month (30 days) to request that month's full refund. No questions asked.

In the second month, you will have one month (30 days) to request that month's full refund. No questions asked. The first month's billing is not available for refund requests.

In the third month, you will have one month (30 days) to request that month's full refund. No questions asked. The previous two months billings will not be available for refund requests. 

Any unused coaching minutes in any coaching session, including free scoping chats, will not be rolled over to any other coaching sessions.

 


 

Refund Policy for Courses

You will have 30 days from day of purchase to request a full refund. No questions asked. View every video, complete ever module within the 30 days, and then if you still feel like you want your money back, just let us know.

  


 

Refund Policy Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and and all sales are final. There are no refunds on membership monthly payments, but you can cancel your membership at any time and stop any further billing. See Cancellations PolicyCLICK HERE

 


 

Any refund requests should come as emails or through the Contact Us page on the Storygeeks.com website. (If they don't that doesn't disqualify any other request at all... it's just easier this way.)

Disputes that arise from any of the above policies will be handled on an individual basis directly.
